A room full
of possibility.
There is nothing quite like hearing an orchestra live. Notice a melody, follow an instrument, or simply enjoy the sound. Your concert program and our Showcase conversations offer a little more context when you want it.
Make a night of it
A few details.
01
Choose your concert.
Check the performance page for the venue, start time, program, and ticket options. Purchase through the Boise Phil’s official box office.
02
Plan your arrival.
Allow time for traffic, parking, and finding your seat. Venue and arrival details vary by performance, so check your event information before leaving home.
03

Discover the stories behind the program through pre-concert talks and Showcase.
Good to know
Your first concert can be a life-changing experience.
A little preparation makes it easy to settle in.
Wear what makes you comfortable. You’ll see a range of styles in the audience, and you can enjoy the music without knowing the repertoire in advance.
Before you arrive.
Most symphonic concerts last about two hours, including an intermission. Formats and running times vary; check the individual performance page.
Confirm your venue and start time on your ticket. If you’d like to attend a pre-concert talk, check the event page for its timing.
In the hall.
Silence your phone and enjoy the performance without recording. If you’re unsure when to applaud, follow the audience or wait for the conductor to turn toward the hall. Late seating takes place at an appropriate break.
Questions about bringing children, seating, or access? Our box office can help you find the right performance and plan your visit.
Let’s plan
