FAQ: Buying Tickets Safely
Q: Where should I buy tickets to Boise Phil performances?
A: The only authorized ticket sources are the Boise Phil Box Office and boisephil.org. Purchasing through these channels ensures you receive valid tickets at face value. *Exception: Our Harry Potter performances are sold through the Morrison Center Box Office and Ticketmaster.
Q: Can I buy tickets from other websites or resellers?
A: We strongly discourage it. Tickets sold by third-party vendors or unauthorized resellers may be invalid, counterfeit, or overpriced.
Q: What happens if I purchase tickets from an unauthorized seller?
A: The Boise Phil cannot verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets bought outside our official channels. You may experience denied entry, financial loss, or ineligibility for refunds, exchanges, or patron support.
Q: How can I avoid fraudulent or overpriced tickets?
A: Always purchase directly through the Boise Phil Box Office or boisephil.org to ensure a secure and reliable ticketing experience.
