Boise Phil Ticket Policy

1. Ticket Delivery & Anti-Resale Provisions

To ensure our community has fair and affordable access to all performances, the Boise Phil strictly prohibits the unauthorized reselling of tickets.

  • Delayed Digital Delivery: E-tickets for all performances will be delivered via email the week before the concert. This measure is designed to combat predatory reselling and ensure ticket security.
  • Resale Prohibition: The reselling of Boise Phil tickets through third-party platforms or unauthorized vendors is strictly prohibited.
  • Enforcement: Any account suspected of engaging in ticket reselling or unauthorized transfers is subject to immediate deactivation. Associated tickets will be nullified, and the buyer will forfeit all costs associated with the purchase.
  • Authorized Sources: The only authorized sources for tickets are the Boise Phil Box Office and boisephil.org. Tickets for Harry Potter performances are sold exclusively through the Morrison Center Box Office and Ticketmaster.

2. Single Tickets & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable: All single ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
  • Performance Transfers: Tickets may be transferred between the matinee and evening performances on the same concert cycle, subject to availability. Please contact the Box Office at 208.344.7849 by 3:00 PM the day before the concert to request a transfer.

3. Subscriber Benefits & Policies

  • Ticket Flexibility: Subscribers may skip a performance and add those unused tickets to a different concert within the same season. Please call the Box Office to arrange a transfer.
  • No Account Credits: We cannot “credit” accounts for unused tickets. Tickets must be rebooked for another performance of the same series or donated.
  • Season Expiration: All subscription benefits and unused tickets expire at the end of the season and cannot be carried over.
  • Subscriber Discount: Current subscribers can receive 10% off the single ticket price for for any additional Symphonic Series concert.

4. Student & Group Pricing

  • Student Tickets: Students of any age can purchase discounted tickets in advance for most performances. Tickets are $18 (including tax and facility fees) with a valid student ID.
  • Student Groups: A rate of $18 per ticket is available for student groups. One complimentary teacher/chaperone ticket is provided for every 10 student tickets purchased.
  • General Groups: Groups of 10 or more may receive off the regular ticket price by contacting the Box Office. 
  • Booking: All group and student group reservations must be made through the Box Office at 208.344.7849 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Q: Where should I buy tickets to Boise Phil performances?
A: The only authorized ticket sources are the Boise Phil Box Office and boisephil.org. Purchasing through these channels ensures you receive valid tickets at face value. *Exception: Our Harry Potter performances are sold through the Morrison Center Box Office and Ticketmaster.

Q: Can I buy tickets from other websites or resellers?
A: We strongly discourage it. Tickets sold by third-party vendors or unauthorized resellers may be invalid, counterfeit, or overpriced.

Q: What happens if I purchase tickets from an unauthorized seller?
A: The Boise Phil cannot verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets bought outside our official channels. You may experience denied entry, financial loss, or ineligibility for refunds, exchanges, or patron support.
