Conductor Eric Garcia
October 4 & 5, 2025
Morrison Center

Our iconic season opener will have you falling in love with classical music all over again! Feel the infectious energy from the first trumpet call of John Williams’ Liberty Fanfare. Followed by Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 5 with Bella Hristova, violin. The evening ends with Tchaikovsky’s deeply personal Symphony No. 4, which culminates in a furious, breathtaking finale. Tchaikovsky’s skill in using the orchestra to express universal emotions allows audiences to connect with his music.
