Your advertisement with the Boise Phil supports our artistic programs and helps vitalize the orchestra as a major source of artistic enrichment in the Treasure Valley. Boise Phil strives to be the region’s premier classical music organization, attracting highly engaged patrons who are actively involved in the community. As the oldest performing arts organization in Idaho with roots dating back to 1890, the Boise Phil name carries a legacy of credibility and professionalism. The Boise Phil was named the Cultural Ambassador of the City of Boise in 2026 and will serve in this official capacity until October 2027.
Program Book Specifications:
- Program book size: approx 8.5″x11″
- Program length: Between 56-64 pages
- Program purpose: To promote our events, to recognize sponsors and donors, and to educate our audience about composers, artists, and our non-profit outreach to the community.
- Frequency: Program books are distributed at our 14+ concerts at the Morrison Center, and available in digital format all season long. We print a FALL program book for events from October – December, and a SPRING program book for events from January – May, allowing you to customize two ads based on season, if desired.
- Reach: Over 25,000 patrons attended concerts in the 25/26 Season.
- Engagement: Audience members spend an average of 10-15 minutes reading through the program book. Many collect them as a souvenir.
- Demographic: The Boise Phil audience is primarily college educated, higher income, arts focused, whom seek culture and improvement, travel, donate, and care about our community and non-profit organizations.
- Ad sizes: Full page (8.5′ x 11″), half page (vertical 4.25″x 11″ or horizontal 8.5″x 5.5″), and quarter page (4.25″ x 5.5″).
- Cost: $2,000 Full page. $1,500 half page, $750 quarter page. Premium spots $2,500 (back cover, centerfold, *pending availability)
- Trade: We are willing to trade ad value with select partners and other non-profits.
AD SPECIFICATIONS:
The program books are distributed at all of the main concerts at the Morrison Center from October 2026 to May 2027. Programs are also distributed to arts patrons, donors, corporate sponsors, and high-profile community leaders at Boise Phil’s wide range of outreach and engagement programs.
