We have much to be thankful for in Boise, and our exceptional Orchestra and its superb offerings are certainly high on the list. Last weekend our musicians’ extraordinary versatility was on display with Eric Garcia’s bold eclectic program: Music of the Americas.

Boise Phil Names Eric Garcia as Music Director


(Monday, May 8, 2017) Culminating a year-long search, Eric Garcia has been hired as the new Music Director of the Boise Philharmonic. Garcia previously served as Assistant Conductor of the Seattle Symphony. He will be relocating to the Treasure Valley in July.

The Boise Philharmonic end of season Pub Crawl

BOISE,Idaho (May 2017) – The Boise Philharmonic has partnered with Boise Brewing, Pengilly’s Saloon, and Woodland Empire for our very last event of the season. The Woodwind Quintet, String Quartet, and Brass Quintet will play for two hours at these locally run establishments.
