The Boise Philharmonic end of season Pub Crawl

BOISE,Idaho (May 2016) – The Boise Philharmonic has partnered with Boise Brewing, Pengilly’s Saloon, and Woodland Empire for our very last event of the season. The Woodwind Quintet, String Quartet, and Brass Quintet will play for two hours at these locally run establishments. Come enjoy a beer or cocktail with your friends and hear the musicians of the Boise Philharmonic play some beautiful chamber music at this free event!

Review: Boise Philharmonic shows its range

The orchestra gave one of its most emotionally rich and satisfying performances Saturday at the Morrison Center, with pieces that explored life, death and what comes after. Music director Robert Franz conducted the evening with a sense of purpose and sincerity. This program was personal.
