Matthew is the Principal Harpist with the Boise Philharmonic and Opera Idaho and is a permanent substitute harpist with the Utah Symphony, Grand Teton Music Festival, Seattle Symphony, Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, and Anchorage Symphony. Matthew has previously served as Acting Principal Harpist with the Utah Symphony/Utah Opera for the 2013/2014 season. He is a graduate of Manhattan School of Music and Juilliard’s Pre College.

What is your favorite composer/genre? Maurice Ravel and Richard Strauss.

Tell us a little about yourself (hobbies, interests, etc.): When I'm not playing harp, I like to ride my bike on the Greenbelt, see a movie at the flicks, and travel.
