How to watch

Boise Phil concerts will be available on the internet as well as through applications you download onto your personal devices. You must have a fast internet connection in order to watch and listen to the performances (if you can watch videos on YouTube or Facebook without problems, your connection should be fine).

Concert videos will start premiering on October 10, 2020. If you run into temporary internet problems and are unable to watch a concert in the evening it premieres, you can watch it anytime over the next 30 days. Some of the concerts will be available to rewatch all season long!

Please read the guidance below, and do not hesitate to contact us if you’re still having difficulty. Call our Box Office at (208) 344-7849 or email us at tickets@boisephil.org with your questions.

Step 1: Determine what kind of device(s) you have that can access our concert videos via their internet browser. These include laptops and computers, tablets (including iPads), smartphones, and smart TVs.

Step 2: Purchase additional equipment (if needed). This could be a Chromecast device or cords that can connect your laptop to your TV or to your speakers.

Step 3: Test your connection. If there are issues, you may want to try a different method for connecting.

How do I watch videos on the Digital Stage?

You will receive an email from Boise Phil with your specific login information and the link to watch the concerts. Once you login to the page on a device, it will likely remember you and you won’t need to log in again.
