The Treasure Valley Concert Band is in its 36th season, comprised of musicians from all walks of life, who enjoy playing fine wind instrument literature. The group plays three regular concerts per year, repeating those concerts in various communities throughout the Treasure Valley.
Conductor Marcellus Brown came to Boise State University in 1989 and has been directing this group for over 20 years. He has been recognized for his work and dedication as an outstanding conductor not only at Boise State, but is asked to conduct all-state music groups and ensembles locally, throughout the United States, and abroad.
The TVCB program is designed to please audiences of all ages, filled with familiar music from years past, classic band literature, Broadway show tunes and current film scores, designed to encourage you to tap your feet and play or sing along in your mind.
Convenient parking for non-BSU parking permit holders attending events in the Morrison Center Main Hall is available just south of the Morrison Center. Just follow the signs and/or parking attendant's directions.TICKETS
