Aaron Price is the Associate Principal and 3rd Horn of the Boise Philharmonic, performs with the Boise Philharmonic Brass Quintet, and is a member of the Orchestra at Temple  Square, in addition to working as a B2B SaaS Sales professional. He completed his undergraduate studies in horn performance at SUNY Purchase and Utah Valley University. While in NYC, he freelanced often and played on the Broadway show "Follies". Aaron spent 5 summers at the Aspen Music Festival and School as a New Horizons fellow and Principal Horn of the American Academy of Conducting, where he was a student and mentee of John Zirbel, his biggest musical influence. He performed with the National Repertory Orchestra as a fellow in 2015. He sought supplemental horn instruction with Gail Williams, Bill VerMeulen, Andrew Bain, Scott Brubaker, and David Wakefield.

Aaron has won over ten regional and national competitions as a soloist and chamber musician. He has won auditions for and turned down offers with full-time professional musical organizations thanks to the balance he has found performing in Boise and Utah while developing his career in the rapidly growing tech scene in Utah, known as the 'Silicon Slopes.' He is fascinated by and studies principles of elite performance and how they apply across various disciplines. He is an avid hiker, foodie, golfer, table tennis player, beatboxer, GSW fan, a lover of electronic music, and tries to spend as much time as possible with his wife and daughter.
